Our 50-minute studio Pilates classes are designed to fit effortlessly into your weekly schedule. Your instructor will help you get the most out of your class with a low-impact, fun, mood-boosting full-body workout that’ll leave you glowing for the rest of the day!

Pilates helps improve posture, boost core strength and work a range of muscle groups in a safe, low-impact way. But that’s not why we love it. We love the way it makes us feel! Our Reformer Pilates classes are suited to everybody – and every body. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an expert, whether your goal is to ease your lower back pain or to build strength, at Muse we offer the best Pilates studios for achieving your goals. 

We offer classes for small groups along with semi-private and one-to-one coaching. Our Reformer Pilates classes can be tailored to suit your unique needs – your experienced instructor will show you how to adjust your machine and get the most out of your workout.
