On Saturday the 9th of March 2024, we would like to welcome the Maitland community to join us in our beautiful studio for our first OPEN DAY.  

We invite you and your loved ones to explore our beautiful reformer Pilates studio, experience a free mini-class and connect with some of our amazing Instructors!

Dress Code: Stretchy and comfortable! Socks are required for all classes, please bring them along or purchase from our studio on the day.
