Updates to Waitlist and Cancellation Policies

We’re updating a few things to make life a bit easier for everyone. While we still need to stick to certain policies, we totally understand that life’s busy. We’re here to support you through all of the hustle and bustle, whether it’s juggling kids, work, or day-to-day life admin.

Starting from 12th February, we’re making some adjustments to our waitlist and cancellation policies:

  • Cancellation Window: Now reduced to 4 hours (previously 9 hours).
  • Late Cancellation Fee: Reduced to $10 (previously $15).
  • No-show Fee: Remains at $15.

We believe these changes will provide more flexibility and convenience to all of our members.


Welcoming Expectant Mothers In All Stages Of Pregnancy


We are thrilled to announce a significant change in our approach to prenatal care. Recognising the importance of inclusivity and the benefits of Pilates during pregnancy, we’ve revised our policy to welcome expectant mothers at all stages of their journey.

We have worked hard to ensure every one of our instructors has undertaken additional training to fully support pregnant clients with the Muse standard of care and teaching. These changes took effect from the 1st of February:

Eligibility for Prenatal Clients:

  • Clients with prior reformer Pilates experience can continue up to 40 weeks of pregnancy.
  • New prenatal clients, new to Pilates, may join us anytime before 35 weeks of pregnancy.

Class Attendance Guidelines:

  • Access to all classes up to 16 weeks of pregnancy.
  • Post 16 weeks, only Fundamentals, Essentials, Booty Burner, and Fire Up are open to pregnant clients.

Medical Clearance:

  • Please ensure you have received approval from your healthcare provider before attending reformer classes.

Exercise Modification:

  • Our trained instructors will provide the necessary modifications to cater to your needs during pregnancy.
  • Open communication with our instructors about your pregnancy and health is crucial for a safe experience.


  • We warmly welcome you back post-delivery once you have clearance from your healthcare practitioner.

If you need to place your membership on hold during this time, please email our Client Success Team for your studio and they will be happy to assist you. A minimum of 7 days notice is required to place a hold.
