Definitely! Our certification courses incorporate anatomy throughout the entire program. We take a practical approach, teaching anatomy in a way that’s directly tied to the exercises you’ll be instructing. This method not only makes learning more interactive and enjoyable, but also ensures you thoroughly understand how the body’s anatomy connects with the movements, sequences, and flows you’ll be teaching. This knowledge is key to becoming a top-notch instructor.
All Spicy students need to complete 15 observation hours and 10 practical hours and have them signed off by a certified instructor.
