When signing up to the Muse Pilates ‘Upfront Unlimited’ Membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. This membership grants you unlimited access to Muse classes for 52 weeks, and does not automatically renew.
2. There are no suspensions or holds available on this membership.
3. A limited number of memberships are available, and they are only sold at owners discretion.
4. Clients on a current membership can swap to Upfront Unlimited, however they must see out their 4 month minimum commitment (if applicable) on their current membership. Upfront Unlimited must be paid in full and then will start after their current membership lock-in period has finished. If the client is out of 4-month minimum the 30 day notice period may be waived if payment is up to date, and there are no suspensions or holds currently on the membership.
5. If a client swaps to Upfront Unlimited, suspensions and holds from the previous membership are voided and do not carry over.
6. Cancellations/rescheduling classes need to be made more than 4 hours prior to the commencement of the class. We do understand that sometimes unforeseeable circumstances can arise, but we have to be strict, consistent and fair with all clients. Therefore, NO exceptions will be made to this policy. If you fail to attend a booked class, or otherwise seek to cancel your booking within 4 hours of the commencement, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $10. If you fail to attend the class and you do not show up without cancelling, you will be charged $15.
7. The Upfront Unlimited membership is active for 52 weeks and no terminations are available. This membership is non-refundable and non-transferable between studio locations or members. It cannot be shared and are for individual use only.
8. Clients’ current membership must be terminated and cannot be placed on hold during the duration of the Upfront Unlimited membership. Any current membership discounts will be honoured after the 52 weeks commitment is up. However, discounts are only available on Flexi Muse, Limitless Muse, Muse Unlocked and Foundation memberships.
9. If purchasing a new membership after the 52 week Upfront Unlimited Membership, the 4 month-lock in period will be waived. 30 day cancellation notice will still apply.
