We’re bringing our signature boutique reformer Pilates experience to Gungahlin, complete with beautiful interiors, feel-good playlists, and a community of like-minded Pilates lovers. This is The Muse Effect: that sense of belonging, empowerment and “I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.”

Our classes cater to every level and every mood. Strength, alignment, muscle activation, flexibility- you choose the focus, and our incredible instructor team will guide you with support, encouragement and seriously good programming.
