Fundamentals
Are you new to Muse (or Reformer) and you’re not sure where to begin? Or perhaps you’re returning from injury? This is the program for you. We know it can be a little daunting being the new kid on the block, that’s why we’ve prepared a slow-paced workout to get you moving safely and effectively. From mastering the basics and principles of safe movement, to learning the anatomy of the reformer bed, this class gives you a taste of Pilates fundamentals. You’ll be moving and loving your workouts in no time, trust us you’ll be hooked! We recommend taking a double dose of Fundamentals before you move onto our spicier sessions – but as always, go at your own pace!

essentials (all levels)
Focusing on alignment and activation, this full body workout will teach you the tools to excel your Pilates practice. As the wise Shakira once told us: ‘those hips don’t lie’ (we know they’re tight), and if you’ve been sitting in the office chair too long it’s time to bend and stretch! Whether you’re a newbie or Pilates Pro, we guarantee you’ll feel muscles you never knew you had. We’re all about modifications and our essentials class is a choose your own adventure. Whether you are hyped up and ready to spice up your day or you begrudgingly dragged yourself out of bed – we got you.
Target your booty and shape up your curves. These classes are a deep-burn workout targeted at sculpting, toning and defining your booty, suitable for all levels.

Grab your power ring and consider yourself warmed. Whoops, we mean warned. This 50 min workout will challenge and inspire your movement and mind through creative transitions with extra props. We have juicy moves and spicy sets, served with a side of sweat. You’ll need to add this to your daily grind ASAP.

rebound (Jumpboard)
If you’re looking to get your sweat on, but also want to avoid the impact and stress of running or other forms of cardio – then our Jumpboard class is for you. Fusing reformer sculpt with creative cardio, this class will give you the benefits of muscle strength and increase your heart rate without stress or impact on the joints.

Build up your strength and get to know the team. These classes are the perfect introduction to Muse Pilates, open to everyone from beginner to intermediate, regardless of fitness level, age or experience. Instructors will provide options for all levels.

Stretch & release
If you’re after a mini-break for your body and mind, we’ve got you covered. Lights off, music on, check out of life and check into Muse. When you can’t go for a full body massage and three poolside Pina Coladas, try this instead. Our Stretch and Release is filled with slow holds and gentle flows to improve your flexibility, mobility and joint range of motion. You’ll step out of your class feeling as loose as a goose. Dress code: Stretchy. Complimentary Endorphins: Provided. BYO: good vibes.

Increase the challenge and take your fitness to the next level. These classes are designed for seasoned reformer members who have built up a reasonable amount of fitness and are ready to advance in strength and technique.

Burn, baby, burn! This class is the bees’ knees for your behind. In the class we put the “Max” in Gluteus Maximus. That’s right, we’re talking about your booty. And we’re not just talking about a little bit of burning—we’re talking about a full-on, sweaty, glutes-to-the-max workout that will leave you feeling like you could conquer anything, and we mean anything. You might sweat, you might smile, you may curse under your breath, but we promise you will finish with a full-body reformer high. Glutes? Shaky. Enthusiasm? Steady.
Increase the cardio power of your reformer workout in a way that is safe and still low-impact on the body. This is a beginner level class, with intermediate options provided throughout the class.

This is the class where Pilates and Cardio come together like two peas in a pod. We’re talking upper body, lower body and a cardio blast. Get ready to fire up every major muscle you have. All the burn of HIIT with an extra sprinkle of control, precision and flow. We’re pulling out all the stops and props for the 50 minutes of fire.
