We have some very exciting news for our Newcastle members…we’re hosting our very first members-only workshop! 

Join us from 5pm – 6pm on Sunday 23rd of March and indulge in one hour of complete tranquillity with a sound bath meditation.

What to expect

You’ll be guided through a soundscape featuring Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, Native American Flute and Medicine Drum, designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and create inner calm.

Open to all levels, this practice helps restore balance across physical, emotional, and energetic levels. A time for you to simply be and reconnect to self.

WHAT TO BRING

To ensure that you are comfortable during the experience, please bring:

  • A Pillow for your head
  • Option extra pillow for under your knees
  • A blanket or throw (as your temperature will drop as you relax)
  • An Eye cushion or hand towel to cover your eyes
  • Please wear loose comfortable clothing
  • Socks
  • Water
  • A Journal and pen if you feel called to journal post our Sound Journey.

important information

Doors will open at 4.45pm so you can settle into your space before we begin at 5pm, finishing at 6pm.

Please note that doors will close at 5pm sharp so there is no interruption for the other participants.
