Welcome to our community. An inclusive health and wellness club specialising in reformer Pilates and good times. Where everyone is on the list (no secret handshake required).
Our instructors offer expert guidance, advice and support to help you get the most out of your time, both in and out of the studio. Our incredible studios offer inspiration when you are feeling uninspired.

Our schedule opens 14 days in advance, so you can make sure you never miss your favourite class.
Here’s what you need to know before your first class:
- Arrive 10 minutes early
- Bring a water bottle
- Bring a pair of socks. We recommend grip socks, we have these available to purchase in the studio

There are a few things we want you to know
You know the feeling: you try something new and it’s all new, and scary, and not what you expected. You feel like a fish out of water, “what the hell are they talking about” – like your brain is about to explode from all the new info.
But then… it clicks. You get used to it. And pretty soon… YOU LOVE IT! You dream about it, talk about it, it’s the first thing you think of when you wake up—you’re totally obsessed. You’re addicted! And that’s exactly what Pilates will do for you! When you start anything new, there’s a lot of new stuff to learn, but this is exactly why you’re here, to try something new!
So come and experience your Pilates class and HAVE FUN! You might be a bit weirded out by “feet in straps” or “hundreds” because you’ve never heard of them before, but trust us, you’re going to love it.
You’re not perfect. And we love you for it.
That’s right, we really do! We know that sometimes you need to take an easier option or a modification —and we get it. Whether you’re working up to it or just having a blah day. We’ve all been there. And guess what? It’s okay! The beauty of our classes is that you can take it at your own pace. Take it easy or go full throttle, the choice is yours and we are ok with all of it.
Pilates is for everyone; it meets you exactly where you are. Maybe you’re a former gym junkie who hasn’t kept up with your workouts and is shy about not feeling your best. Or maybe you’ve never really exercised before but want to start—it’s never too late!
We think you’ll like our class vibe: it’s supportive and fun, and we focus on making sure that everyone feels comfortable. Even if you’re new to Pilates or haven’t been able to find a good gym-class experience, this is the place for you. We can’t wait to meet you, see you on the reformer!
